Windows
Step 1: Go to Add or Remove programs
Step 2: Find 'Optigo Capture Tool'
Step 3: Uninstall capture tool
Troubleshooting:
- Linux: Check the name of the package is correctly typed because it is case sensitive. So 'optigocaptureTool' is not correct, but 'OptigoCaptureTool' is.
- Linux: Sometimes on old CentOs yum is not the default packet manager. You can use the default packet manager for uninstall provided by your OS.
- Windows: Restart windows. Check to see if any file from CaptureTool is open (e.g. logs, etc). Close all files and after restart to uninstall captureTool.
