New Features & Improvements
New Features & Improvements
- Router management for supported routers.
- Miscellaneous GUI bugs fixed.
- Fixed a bug on Hybrid systems where all of the VLANs on ports configured as 'trunk' would be deleted, except for the lowest one, when the system was restarted or resumed operation after a power outage (e.g. only VLAN 100 would be retained on a trunk port configured with VLANs 100, 200, and 300).
- Fixed bug where the device databases were not being synced on redundant systems.
- Improved report generation performance.
- Fixed bug where duplicate MAC addresses could be entered for IP reservations within the same subnet.
- Fix bug that prevented PoE from being disabled on some ports on ONS-C801pi and ONS-C1601pi edge switches.
Known Issues & Limitations
- Plugging in or unplugging Ethernet cables from an ONS-CU-SFP can result in duplicate link notifications appearing on the Notifications screen.
Workaround: Ignore these - the Edge Switch itself is sending this. - Changing port VLANs occasionally throws an error (Spectra Only).
Workaround: Re-attempt VLAN change. - Some downstream traffic does not pass on VLAN 1 with ONS-C801pi and ONS-C1601pi (Spectra Only).
Workaround: Use a VLAN other than 1. - Notifications on the Windows version of Chrome do not work when using "http".
Workaround: Always use "https" (e.g. https://192.168.10.254). - If data traffic (non-management) can reach the Network Controller, then an excessive amount of broadcast (DoS) may cause performance issues with the GUI (OneView).
Workaround: Use a unique VLAN for management (OneView). - Inter-switch traffic on the same EPON (laser) does not increment traffic counters on bandwidth page (Spectra Only).
- The ONS-C4801p in Hybrid mode can cause issues with the topology view.
