If you're capturing traffic using the PC-based Optigo Capture Tool, for Optigo Visual Networks or Visual BACnet, and the capture won't stop, even though the capture time has elapsed and/or you've pressed the stop button, it's likely due to the fact that there is no BACnet traffic at the capture-end of the capture interface.
Disconnect the PC-end of the capture interface from the computer to stop the capture.
Then troubleshoot why no BACnet traffic is being seen at the capture-end (e.g. mirror port configured incorrectly, faulty MSTP wiring, etc).
