New Diagnostic: Request Retries. OptigoVN now includes a Request Retry diagnostic detailing the number of times a client resends a Confirmed Request message due to missing or delayed acknowledgement (ACK). Identifying retries provides users insight into the severity of the issue to determine if the bottleneck is minor, intermittent, or a severe network interruption. It also provides critical visibility into potential failure points across routers and device links. Users are encouraged to correlate findings from this diagnostic with other network-level diagnostics for a more complete picture.

Changes to In-app Product Availability. We’ve removed the “Site Scope” product for Service Providers without an existing subscription. Eligible Service Providers will now see an invitation to inquire about the Optigo Technology Partner Program, which unlocks access to the Site Scope product for eligible users.
