How do I edit a maintenance report after downloading it?

Several fields in a Visual BACnet maintenance report can be edited after downloading.
These include:

• the cover title
• the cover subtitle 
• the 'Modifications and Optimizations' text field
• the 'Recommendations' text field
• the 'Network Improvement Summary' text field
• the 'IP Address Identification' table
• the 'Comment' column in the 'Failed Items' table
• the 'Comment' column in the 'Warning Items' table
• the 'Comment' column in the 'Passed Items' table

To open and edit a maintenance report, use any of the following PDF applications:

• Chrome browser (Windows, macOS)
• Preview (macOS)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows, macOS)*
  *The free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader does not allow the user to disable editing

To disable editing and lock a maintenance report's editable fields (e.g. to give to a customer), simply open it up in Chrome and do the following:

1. Select: File > Print 
2. Select: Destination > Save as PDF
3. Enter a filename, select the folder to save it to, and click Save
