If you are having trouble with your Capture Tool (version 3.0.0 and above), Optigo's support team can better assist you if you provide them with the appropriate log files.
Follow these steps to get the log files from your capture tool software:
- Find the capture tool's 'data' folder on your system.
NOTE:
'C:\Program Files (x86)\Optigo Capture Tool' is the default location for Windows systems and '/opt/OptigoCaptureTool' is the default location for Linux. - From inside the 'data' folder, copy the ‘db’ and ‘log’ folders and paste them into another directory on your host machine.
- Zip up the 2 copied folders and share that zip file with the Optigo support team, via email at support@optigo.net or by starting a live support chat at https://optigo.net.
