Assigning Sites Scopes to a OT Network
When you create an Optigo Visual Networks account, you'll enjoy unrestricted access as a single user, giving you the capability to commence network monitoring and assess the health of your OT network.
Purchasing Add-Ons
However, to expand your capabilities, such as adding additional users or accessing in-depth network analysis, you will need to purchase add-ons. These add-ons include seats for adding users and site scopes for in-depth network analysis.
To acquire add-ons, please navigate to your OptigoVN account's parent organization and choose the 'Home' option, followed by 'Add-Ons'.
In the 'Add-Ons' section, you have the option to purchase either a Site Scope and Site Scope+. These subscriptions offer the flexibility of choosing from the following billing cycles:
- Annual plan, billed annually.
- Annual plan, billed monthly.
- Monthly plan.
Billing
The first purchase dictates the beginning of the billing cycle.
Subsequent purchases will be prorated according to the billing cycle.
Payment
Customers can transact instantly using all major credit cards.
Customers can request to be invoiced for purchases on Annual, Paid Upfront term commitments.
Site Scope or Site Scope+ renewal date will be deemed to be 1 year from the activation date.
Assigning Sites Scopes to a OT Network
The 'OT Network Summary' section provides information on the available Site Scopes and the number that have been utilized.
To assign a Site Scope to a OT Network, choose the correct OT Network from the OT Network Summary section and select the Site Scope drop down to view the options:
With Site Scopes, you have the option to assign the Site Scope in perpetuity, or you can assign the Site Scope temporarily, until the end of your next billing cycle.
You can also use the "Assign Site Scope until..." function to un-assign the Site Scope at the end of your next billing cycle — this will free up that Site Scope to be reassigned to another network in the future.
Once the Site Scope is assigned, navigate to the OT network to start accessing in-depth network analysis.
