How do I produce an Advanced Report or Maintenance Report?

Advanced report and Maintenance requires 1 Report Credit each. These Report Credit are free-of-charge, but do need to be "purchased" for $0.

(We chose to simply set these credits to $0 instead of asking our amazing product development team to change this feature and delay other much more valuable features. Thank you for your understanding.)

1. After logging into Visual BACnet, click on Report Credits in the header.
   
2. Select the package that you want to purchase.
   
3. This will require a valid credit card to be entered, but no payment will be processed.
4. Report credits will then be added to your account
