What happens if my ONS-S2 firmware upgrade fails or has a problem?

It's never fun when firmware fails but there is an answer. In the ONS-S2 you can revert the firmware back to the last firmware revision.

ONS-S2

1. Log into the ONS-S2. The login credentials can be found here.
   
   
2. Navigate to Systems -> Firmware and click "Revert Unit". This will reset the device back to the previous firmware version.
   
   
3. Select the firmware version that you would like to revert to and click "Next".
4. Once the firmware is installed, click "Next". The device will automatically reboot.
