Adding a custom report logo

On advanced reports, you can add your own custom logo. Add your logo on reports for customers and supervisors, for branding and professionalism. You can purchase one report for $50, or buy 10 reports in bulk for $400.

Log into your Visual BACnet account. On the homepage, navigate to the top right hand corner menu and select Settings (circled in Figure 1).

On the Settings page, there is an option to upload a custom report logo. First, make sure that your logo is the ideal size, 300px by 50px. You can check your image’s size and resize it in Photoshop, Windows Paint, or MacOS Preview.

Once your image is resized, Select Upload Image on the Visual BACnet Settings page. Select the appropriate file, and click Open. Your image will upload.

Navigate to your capture. On the right hand side, under Diagnostic Checks, click Adv PDF to download an advanced report (Figure 7). If you do not have the credit required to download this report, you can purchase credits from the top bar (Figure 7). You can purchase one report for $50, or buy 10 reports in bulk for $400. Your logo will now appear on any advanced reports that you generate (Figure 8).
